  • Accept what you cannot change or control
  • Practice forgiveness
    (let go of any animosity)
  • Practice mindfulness
    (be mindful of those around you)
  • Make time for yourself
    (no one else can do it for you)
  • Try deep breathing meditation
  • Touch or hug a tree
    (feel the energy)
  • Walk barefoot in the grass
    (grounding)
  • Appreciate the symbiotic relationship
    between animals (us) & trees
  • Get back to nature
